You must have a laptop/pc. The recommended OS is i3 and above.
You must have a functioning headset with mic.
You must have an internet speed of 15 download and 5-10 upload speed.
You must have a Skype and email (preferrably gmail).
Interview Tips
Be and look professional.
Be on time. Japanese culture wise, they are strict on punctuality. Log in to the interview platform 11-30 minutes ahead of time.
Research. Look for articles, tiktok and youtube videos for sample interview questions. You can check our sample video at https://www.youtube.com/@eri.studentfreelancingphteam
Tutor Fee
As freelancers, you are required to process your certificate of registration with BIR (P500) and pay your quarter and annual taxes. Please see "How to File my Freelancer Taxes" post for more details.
The tutor fee will be released monthly (every 10th of the month) following the standard salary release of Japanese companies.
If you wish to get it earlier, you may request an advance on the 15th or 20th day of the month by heading to the Tutor Fee tab in the website.
The tutor fee will be released through BPI/DBP.
